Hospital Guidelines

Terms & Conditions of Care

These guidelines are designed to ensure safety, quality care, and smooth recovery for all patients receiving care at Raazi Hospital.

1. Outpatient Consultations & Tokens

OPD tokens are non-transferable and serviced in order of arrival. In case of emergencies, doctor consultation timings may experience slight adjustments.

2. Hospital Admissions & Attendant Guidelines

For patient hygiene and infection control, only one primary attendant pass is issued per inpatient bed in general wards, and two for private rooms.

3. Billing, Receipts & Welfare Concessions

All payments must be made strictly at authorized hospital billing counters against computerized receipts. Financial concessions under the Raazi Welfare Fund require formal verification by the welfare desk.

4. Non-Smoking & Hospital Discipline

Smoking, pan/gutka, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside the hospital premises. Violations are reportable under Pakistani health laws.

5. Digital OPD Tokens & Two-Way Queue Communication

Patients holding online reservation tokens must present themselves at OPD Reception Counter 1 (Gate 2) at least 15 minutes prior to their assigned slot. Patients can signal their physical presence or notify 10-minute transit delays directly via the live pass button. Emergency cases and ICU calls take clinical precedence; doctor delay notices dispatched to patient digital tokens must be respected as authorized clinical advisories.
