Privacy & Medical Confidentiality Policy
Alkhidmat Raazi Hospital adheres to the highest statutory and clinical confidentiality standards established by the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) and PMDC.
1. Collection of Health & Clinical Data
We collect personal identification, clinical history, diagnostic imagery, and lab results exclusively to provide accurate medical care and legal hospital record-keeping under PHC regulations.
2. Strict Medical Confidentiality
All physicians, nurses, and laboratory personnel are bound by the Hippocratic Oath and hospital NDAs. Your medical diagnosis is never disclosed to external parties or commercial entities.
3. Digital Records & Online Portal Security
Digital health records and electronic lab outputs are stored on encrypted, access-controlled hospital servers with audit-logged role permissions.
4. Patient Access to Medical History
Patients or their designated legal representatives possess the permanent right to inspect and obtain verified copies of their diagnostic records and discharge summaries.
5. Private Device Vault & Zero-Invasive Architecture
Outpatient appointment bookings and digital consultation passes are stored strictly inside your local browser vault via deterministic Web Crypto identifiers (UUIDv4). Raazi Hospital does not employ intrusive canvas drawing, audio context perturbation, cross-site tracking cookies, or persistent profiling databases. You retain full autonomy to permanently purge your local consultation history at any time from your token pass or booking portal.
6. Two-Way Operational Signals & Ethical Telemetry Purpose
Interactive queue signals (e.g. "Arrived at Gate 2", "Running Late", or staff delay advisories) transmit minimal operational metadata solely to coordinate clinic reception, calculate real-time wait times, and optimize OPD crowd flow under Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) and Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) standards. Ethical device metrics (device type, screen resolution) are utilized exclusively to format digital passes legibly for clinic barcode scanners.
